I found out about a Magic drink… The protein powder!!!

Protein powder, especially the kind made from milk and eggs can be a convenient way to add protein to a diet when you can’t sit down and grab a meal, but it’s not quite the same as eating eggs or meat. There are lots of substances that contribute to good health that are found naturally in foods. That’s why most experts advocate getting your protein from a wide variety of fresh, wholesome foods. Protein powder can be a good source of protein as long as it’s not your only source.
I bet all of you have heard of protein shake. Some ppl say, IT IS NOT GOOD to take protein shake. Why? They claimed that it is “unnatural” or “bad for health”. At first, i thought of that also, i even think that Protein shake is some sort of different form of “steroid”!!!
I remember when i walked in to GNC store, i was so scared of those big big tub of protein shake, with image of big muscle man flexing on the package.

But the FACT is:
- IT is Safe. Excessive protein can be broken down by body and secrete out of your URINE.
- IT is Natural in the sense of it is derived from soy beans and eggs.
- IT wont make you look like arnold schwarneggar or watever muscle man, IF u dont workout hard enough and to achieve that level, it takes….intensive training.
U know,………..
my female acquaintances ALL says that IT IS NOT GOOD TO TAKE PROTEIN SHAKE, Because it is unnatural. PLease note that, they are Hot and pretty. But, they failed their biology 101,…so it is self-explained.
Ironically, their boyfriend takes whey and workout with me. So, the conclusion? Take Whey protein!!! It helps u in ur recovery from workout and intensive training.
Also, protein shake makes u feeeeeeeel “full” and make u eat less. ![]()
