My Cheap-Skate diet plan

When I was back for 2 weeks ago, and i found out a least surprise fact about myself: I got FATTER! Well, after months of indulging or rather chewing those fattening food from my dear university dinning hall. I guess it is about time for me to lose weight. One of the most significant de-improvement or damage done by such unhealthy diet is that, i can barely sprint more than 3 minutes. On top of that, i jog as slow as an old man. I notice this when i was trying to run the usual jogging track i made years ago, and i was panting for air before i could complete it.

The worst has yet to come, I was planning to lose my fats, those extra love handlers via going to gym and working out again. Turns out that, a gym membership can cost me an arm and leg. To obtain an affordable gym membership will spell out a long-term contract with the gym, a minimum of 2 years to have a membership as low as 100 ringgit per month. As for those 3 months commitment, it costs up to 200+ ringgit per month. Hell no, I am paying such expensive price for the gym...

Thus, i came up with a poor-man routine that can help me lose fat in a short period of time, approximately 1 and half to 2 months. Low and Behold, I shall reveal it to you!

Morning:

Jog for the usual Track - approximately 1km jog.

Or, trail running at Bukit Gasing.

Afternoon til night:

Insanity Workout - Zero equipment needed.

Total time needed in a day: 2 hours

Total Cost: RM 0.

Awesome huh? In additional to that, i will be consuming a high protein and fat diet, to accelerate my fat loss process. I shall be posting up my progression pictures after tomorrow. For now, I am still drinking 7-eleven Sloppy.
